Vitalii Stadnyk, PhD graduated as biochemist and worked more than 10 years as postdoctoral researcher and assistant profession in different institution in Ukraine, Austria and Hungary. Since 2011, he started to work in IT, particularly in ISD company as Business Analyst. In next 5 years he worked as Staff Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst and BA team Leader on various projects and clients, including Montefiore Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente and Christiana Care Health System. Since 2017, Dr. Stadnyk is working as Chief Business Analyst and Global Implementation Manager helping company with the implementation of healthcare product solutions on global market, including USA, Canada, Great Britain, France, Switzerland, Indonesia etc.  In addition, he created and currently managing 50+ team of the implementation specialists and business analysts.  Besides of that he is responsible for the training curriculum development and improvements within the company in area of Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Analysis and Implementation.

In nowadays healthcare for IT is one of the biggest and in the same time most complex domains. From one side, healthcare IT market is growing incredibly fast that attracting new players, but from the other side very strong government regulations make entrance and efficient operations on this market very challenging. One of the biggest problem that faced by many software vendors is balancing between two strategies in development process: client-oriented development and out-of-the-box approach. In this presentation both approaches will be analyzed based on author`s experience and related recommendations will be provided.
